Enjoyed the a double room I was given, it had a writing desk and a nice desk. Location: the hotel was really close to Ventura mall which is the biggest as well as restaurants and bars. The pool was nice and I had refreshing drinks in the lobby bar.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Santa Cruz and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even comped our ride from the airport when there was a mishap. The facilities were top-notch, with a great lobby bar offering delicious cocktails and sushi. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars but away from the city center. I also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel was, and they handled it all with professionalism. the staff and amenities made this a world-class stay.

Spent my Easter weekend in a hotel and couldn't have been more satisfied with the facilities. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, offering complimentary drinks upon arrival and a delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect, away from the crowded downtown area yet still close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Plus, the pool was a great way to cool down from the hot sun.
The only downside was the lack of information available in English for the spa treatments. It made it difficult to decide which service to choose, but the staff were helpful in trying to explain the options available.

Big rooms and good breakfast were great.
My stay was overshadowed by an incident that occurred on the first day. The room they gave me was already used, and it took a lot of effort to get someone to fix the situation.

This hotel was the epitome of luxury with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were highlights of our stay, providing opportunities to relax and unwind. the restaurant served exceptional meals and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
The only minor issue during our stay was the noise level during breakfast due to a corporate event. However, this did not detract from the excellent service and luxurious facilities provided by this hotel.
